Denim

• We are a manufacturer of premium denim having our unit at Sanand, Ahmedabad in the state of Gujarat India. We have an inhouse capacity of manufacturing upto 1 Million Metres / month of any quality. Our Looms are state of the art Toyota Air jets that are completely versatile to run any weave with any quality of yarn.
• We are running ring spun denim and Open end yarn with and without lycra composition ranging from 9 to 13 oz and on 100% cotton and cotton poly blends. The versatility of our machines allow us to manufacture whatever counts/weights you would require in future.
• We supply to large denim exporting names like Arvind Mills, Mafatlal Denim who are the producing mills for brands like Levis, Lee, Wrangler, Pepe, 7 for all Mankind, amongst others. We directly cater to their A+ list of clientele.
• Usually the lead time from order of raw materials to production would be 35 days. However this will be subject to planning of the finished product at least 25 days in advance of the order of raw material. e.g. if we plan to ship a collection on 31st March, I need to be given the specs and details by 1st of feb so that i can start production process by 22nd feb.
