  • COTTON WASTE

    During the various stages in the process of converting the cotton fibre into yarn, a few cotton fibres are sieved out in order to preserve the quality of the yarn. This cotton fibre separated out during the processing task is termed as cotton waste. This waste material finds re- use at several industries and we deliver the committed quality in stipulated time to our clients. We procure good quality cotton waste from the spinning mills in Gujarat to cater our clients. The various types of cotton waste that we help our clients with are mentioned.

    Comber Noil

    During the process of combing of cotton fibres, the short fibres are removed from the processed yarn, this extracted waste is termed as Cotton Comber or Comber Noil. This unwanted waste is of great utility in industries such as security paper, pharmaceutical, and also for blending purposes in Open end spinning.

    Flat Cotton Waste

    This by-product is derived in the first carding machine in the yarn spinning industry. This cotton waste comprises of higher trash content than the comber noil. This fibre finds use as a blend with superior quality cotton in open-end spinning process.

    Likkerin

    This is a byproduct that is attained during the manufacturing of yarn and is a carding waste. This cotton fibre is rich in fibre but is inexpensive in cost which makes it utilitarian for many industries such as open end spinning of low count yarns.

    Roving Waste

    This by product has the texture of slivers and is procured during the yarn manufacturing stage. Post being combined, these slivers are separated directly into roving for its subsequent use in the spinning process. Roving waste comes in pressed bales which we supply to our clients.

    Hard Waste

    This by-product is also known as cotton yarn waste as it derived from 100% cotton yarn. This waste is free of contamination which makes it utilitarian in several industries like automotive, car manufacturers, printing, marine, hardware, textile Industry and heavy machinery manufacturers and mining industries for cleaning machinery. Besides cleansing purposes, it is also used for making mats, wiping material and cloth toys etc.

  • KNITTED FABRICS

    Knitted Fabric is more flexible and can be readily constructed into smaller pieces, making it ideal for socks, hats and other hosiery products. It is made mostly by using Circular Knitting machines from 100% Cotton Hosiery Yarn. Knitted Fabrics like Single Jersey, Pique, Rib, Terry, Interlocks, Pointelle, Fleece,Jacquards, Autostipers etc. can be made from this machines.
