A few handlooms and lot of hard work by Late Shri Rajinder Pal Dawar gave birth to Mahaluxmi Processing House PVT. LTD in the year 1952. In the following years, the group moved to power looms and carved a niche for itself in the weaving market of Ludhiana. The customer base extended to several cities like Delhi, Panipat, Amritsar, Agra as major markets.
With Backward integration in mind the promoters of the group decided to venture in the yarn dyeing business in the year 1985, an industry in its nascent stage in Ludhiana. In the year 1987, Mahaluxmi Processing House PVT. LTD started its yarn dyeing business and since then we have never looked back.
Keeping up with the changing times, the company imported the latest equipment for its yarn dyeing facility. With time the group main focus shifted to Yarn Dyeing and the promoters decided to close its Weaving business in the year 2003.

Mahaluxmi Silk Store has been processing all types of spun yarn blends available today in the market with impeccable results.
Mahaluxmi Processing House PVT. LTD is an effort of the promoters at setting up a state of the art facility for textile processing. The plant plans to start its production with a capacity of 15 tons per day of yarn dyeing capacity.
